5. Roles and Responsibilities
Management
- Ensure implementation of SIPP standards

Supervisors
- Conduct regular inspections
- Report hazards and ensure corrective actions
- Monitor employee adherence to safety procedures
Employees
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Report unsafe conditions immediately

6. Safety Guidelines
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
- Follow approved operational procedures
- Do not operate unsafe or defective equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
7. Inspection Procedures
